During the 2018-2019 school year, Lamar CISD held 10 Strategic Planning Listening Tour meetings and launched an online survey to hear from parents, students, staff and community members about the District's strengths, challenges and areas for improvement. The purpose of this feedback was to help us shape a five-year vision for Lamar CISD.
This spring, a Strategic Planning Committee will review the listening tour feedback and help us create a plan to move forward collaboratively as a District. The committee will meet from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 25, March 4, March 18 and March 25.
