Lamar CISD Rodeo Art Results

Houston Rodeo Art judging was recently completed at the NRG Center. The order of ranking for Awards is:

  1. Best of Show
  2. Gold Medal
  3. Special Merit (high school only)
  4. Finalist Ribbon (Teal)
  5. Blue Ribbon
  6. Red Ribbon
  7. White Ribbon

Artwork earning the Best of Show, Gold Medal, and Special Merit awards advance to the next level of judging against all other Districts in the School Art program. The top pieces at that level will advance to the Auction. Students and staff will be notified by email the week of January 31 if their piece was selected for Auction.

The results are as follows:

Best of Show – Jenna Mock, Reading Junior High

Best of Show – Angelina Vitale, Dickinson Elementary

Gold Medal – Mia Huckman, Foster High School

Gold Medal – Addison Rives, Fulshear High School

Gold Medal – Daphne Thorton, Bentley Elementary

Gold Medal – Chloe Darnall, Wright Junior High

Special Merit – Minh Nguyen, Foster High School

Special Merit – Esosa Ogieva, Fulshear High School

Special Merit – Alex Napasindayao, Foster High School

Special Merit – Chloe Lopez, Lamar Consolidated High School

Special Merit – Emiliana Aragon, Terry High School

Special Merit – Brinleigh Davis, Foster High School
