 Alissa Hahn

Allison Hahn is the Valedictorian for the Class of 2019 at Terry High School.

The daughter of Darrell and Kim Hahn, she will attend Texas A&M University, majoring in Aerospace Engineering. She plans to pursue a career as an aerospace engineer where she can design and develop next-generation propulsion systems for spacecrafts.

While at Terry, Allison was a member of the National Honor Society and Youth in Philanthropy (YIP). She also volunteered at Lunches of Love, Hope for Three and the special needs ministry at River Point Church.

Outside of her career, she wants to rescue dogs and be an advocate for those with autism- especially her sister.

Allison tells her classmates to remember the importance of asking questions as she shares her favorite quote: “There are naïve questions, tedious questions, ill-phrased questions, questions put after inadequate self-criticism- but every question is a cry to understand the world. There is no such thing as a dumb question.” – Carl Segan
