The Briscoe Eagles Boys Track Team participated in the Gator Relays on Thurs. The 8th grade team took first place and the 7th grade team took second place.
Placing for the Eagles 7th grade team for the running events in the 100m were Ty Larson in 4th place and Jason McDonald in 5th place, the 400m was Collin Williams in 4th place, the 800m was Collin Williams in 1st place, Cody Ewing in 2nd place, and Tyler Marcheli in 4th place, the 1600m was Robert Price in 1st place, Cody Ewing in 2nd place, and Tyler Marcheli in 5th place, the 2400m was Robert Price in 1st place and Pierce Knight in 6th place, the 110 hurdles was Cortland Adams in 2nd place and Amryn Williams in 4th place, the 300m hurdles was Jake McCune in 4th place and Blake Ropers in 6th place, the 4x100m relay was 3rd place with the team of Christian Barillas, Ty Larson, Jason McDonald, and Jake McCune, the 4x200m relay was 4th place with the team of Ty Larson, Mason Sears, Jake Flores, and Cort Adams, the 4x400m relay was 4th place with the team of Amryn Williams, Mason Sears, Jake Flores, and Collin Williams.
In the field events, in the long Jump was Christian Barillas in 2nd place, Ty Larson in 3rd place, and Jake McCune in 6th place, the shot put was James Nidoy in 5th place, and the triple jump was Amryn Williams in 3rd place and Collin Williams in 4th place.
Placing for the Eagles 8th grade team for the running events in the 100m was Ryan Martinez in 6th place, in the 200m was Travis White in 1st place, in the 400m was Julian Claiborne in 1st place, Blake Joseph in 3rd place, and Joseph Castellanos in 4th place, the 800m was Joseph Castellanos in 2nd place, Tolu Badmus in 5th place, and Warren Garnes in 6th place, the 1600m run was Tolu Badmus in 4th place and Warren Garnes in 5th place, the 2400m was Stephen Stark in 3rd place, Jesus Rodriguez in 4th place and John Bailey in 5th place, the 110m hurdles was Myles McDowell in 2nd place, the 300m hurdles was Myles McDowell in 2nd place and Ryan Loehr in 6th place, the 4x100m relay was 4th place with the team of Travis White, Ryan Martinez, Julian Claiborne, and Jordan Nimmons, the 4x200m relay was 3rd with the team of Travis White, Billy Crawford, Jordan Nimmons, and Blake Joseph.
In the field events, for the long jump was Blake Joseph in 2nd place, the shot put was Michael Maves in 1st place, Cade Beloso in 3rd place and Zach Limas in 4th place, the discus was Zach Limas in 2nd place and Cade Beloso in 3rd place, the triple jump was Julian Claiborne in 2nd place, the high jump was Travis White in 1st place and Chase Theard in 6th place, and in the pole vault was Logan Baird in 2nd place and Zach Limas in 3rd place.
