The Briscoe Lady Eagles 7A girls basketball team defeated Clute 61-10 . Notable defensive players include Sydney Freeman, Giselle Villarreal, Imani Ivey, Riley Welker, Elizabeth Waldrop, and Isabella Babba. Top scorers include Sydney Freeman 14 with points, Imani Ivey with 10 points, Elizabeth Waldrop with 8 points, Giselle Villarreal with 7 points, Ripley Welker with 6 points, Isabella Babba with 6 points, Anna Crawford with 4 points, and Kyle Mavris with 4 points. The Lady Eagles improve to 6-0 in district play.

Top scorers include Cadence Caesar, and Savannah McDonald with 6 points, Anaya Ervin, Brianna Garza, Seema Patel, Jocelyn Ramos with 4 points, Peyton Welker, Jade Cheramie, Diana Guevara with 2 points each. The Lady Eagles improve to 5-1 in district play.
The Briscoe 7th Grade B boys basketball team was back in action last night and defeated Clute Intermediate 49-16. Leading scorers for the Eagles were TJ Green with 22 points, Nicholas Johnson with 8 points, and Ikechukwu Eke with 6 points. Other offensive standouts were Bradford Joseph with 6 points, Anthony Contreras with 3 points, and Brett Tremaine, Lorenz DeRobles, and Isiah Bonilla with one bucket a piece. Defensively the Briscoe B team was led by Joseph Bradford, Isaiah Bonilla, and TJ Green. The Eagles are now 7-0 in district play.
The Briscoe 7th Grade A boys basketball team was back at home last night and defeated the Clute Cougars 52-46. The Eagles were led by Camron Amboree with 23 points, Lee Kubosh with 14 points, and Chancellor White with 9 points. Other offensive standouts were Abdul Sheriff and Sam Haines each with 3 points. Defensively the Eagles were led by Sam Haines, Chancellor White and Tyler Johnson. The Eagles are now 7-0 in district play.
