The community will salute the State Champion George Ranch High School football team Thursday, Jan. 21, with a parade and pep rally. The parade will leave Wessendorff Middle School, travel down Mustang Avenue in front of Lamar Consolidated High School, then turn onto Horace Mann Avenue, before turning again near the Lamar CISD Natatorium.
The parade will begin at 5 p.m. and the pep rally is scheduled to begin at 5:15 p.m. inside Traylor Stadium.
