Morgan Tardy Policy

1st Tardy - Tardy notice sent home
2nd Tardy - Tardy notice sent home
3rd Tardy - Teacher contacts parent/written notice sent home
4th Tardy - Lunch or recess detention and a referral entered in Skyward/Administrator contacts parent
5th Tardy - Lunch or recess detention / a referral entered into Skyward and sent home
6th (plus) Tardy - After school detention/Family Support Specialist visits home OR contacts parent

Morgan Dress Code
Students can wear the clothing of their choice , as long as it conforms to the LCISD Dress Code Policy. Access the dress code policy in the LCISD Elementary Student/Parent handbook.

Transportation Changes
All transportation changes and notifications for early student pick up should be submitted to the front office by 1:45 p.m.

No parent drop offs before 6:45 a.m. No early pick ups after 1:45 p.m.

Due to growth and space in the cafeteria, parents must make a reservation to have lunch with their child beginning Monday, September 11th. Each grade level will have 12 seats available. Please sign up for the number of seats you need. To allow everyone an opportunity to come and visit, please only sign up once a month.

On-Site After School Care at Morgan

SMART Tag is a system designed to improve the safety and security of students who utilize school bus transportation. It provides live monitoring of where and when students load onto and unload off of their school bus to keep transportation, school administrators and parents informed.

Tardy Bell: 7:15 a.m.

School Day Hours: 7:15 a.m. - 2:40 p.m.

Early Release Hours: 7:15 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.

Front Office Hours: 6:45 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.
