Lamar CISD Seeks Community Input for Mascot and Spirit Colors for Tomas High School, Banks Junior High, and Bielstein Middle School

Jun 10, 2024 | Lamar CISD Communications

June 10, 2024 – Rosenberg, Texas – Lamar CISD seeks input from the community to provide ideas regarding the mascot and school colors for Secondary Complex #7, which consists of Tomas High School, Banks Junior High, and Bielstein Middle School.

During the May Board Meeting, the Lamar CISD Board of Trustees approved the attendance zones for these campuses, which will open for the 2025-2026 school year.

As the District prepares to open its seventh secondary complex, students, staff, parents and community members are invited to provide ideas for the mascot and school colors that will represent the spirit and identity of the new campuses.

The survey will be open from June 10-24 and participants may access it by visiting the District website.

“As Lamar CISD continues to grow, we would like to keep our community informed and most importantly involved,” Lamar CISD Superintendent Dr. Roosevelt Nivens said.
