The mission of Bowie Elementary School is to establish an effective education program that will enable every student to meet his/her fullest potential in order to be a successful citizen within our future and present world.

Dress Code Expectations:

• Collared (polo style, no logo) solid color tops in white, navy blue, light blue, red, or purple.

• Sweatshirts, hoodies, and jackets in solid white, navy blue, light blue, red, or purple, or with school logo.Hoods must be off while in the building.

• Bowie spirit shirts from current or prior years.

• Bottoms must be in solid color black, khaki, navy blue. No sweatpants. 

• Blue jeans with holes above the knee must have leggings underneath.

• Pants, dresses, shorts, skorts or jumpers no shorter than mid-thigh for all grade levels.

• Solid color leggings are acceptable as long as they are worn under dresses, shorts, skorts, or skirts that are no shorter than mid-thigh for all grade levels.

Expectativa de Vestimenta:

• Camisa/Blusa de cuello (estilo polo, sin logo) camisas de colores sólidos en blanco, azul marino, azul claro, rojo o morado/púrpura.

• Sudaderas y chamarras en colores sólidos blanco, azul marino, azul claro, rojo, o morado o con el logo de la escuela.No se deben usar los gorros de las sudaderas adentro del edificio.

• Playeras con el logo de Bowie de años anteriores o de este año.

• Los pantalones/shorts, vestidos o faldas deben ser de colores sólidos en color negro, khaki, o azul marino.

• Los pantalones de mezclilla deben de ser de color sólido, sin hoyos.

• Pantalones, vestidos, falda-pantalón o jumpers no deben estar más cortos que a mitad del muslo.

• Los leggings son aceptables, siempre y cuando se usen abajo de vestidos, shorts, falda-pantalón, o faldas que no estén arriba de la parte media del muslo.

• Los leggings de colores también son aceptables, siempre y cuando se usen abajo de vestidos, shorts, falda-pantalón, o faldas que no estén arriba de la parte media del muslo para todos los grados.
