Hello, Randle Raptors! I am excited to be opening Randle Elementary in the fall as your principal. I come to you with a heart full of enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence. As we embark on this exciting journey together, one of the most important aspects of my role will be building positive relationships with students, staff, and families. By working together, we will create a very special place! My passion is and always will be educating children. I am the father of two boys: one will be a Raptor, and the other will be joining the Charger family at Roberts Middle School. I understand the importance of our work to ensure every child has the best educational experience. Working alongside our amazing staff, we will make Randle Elementary a place where every student belongs and excels in a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment. I am humbled and honored to be the principal at Randle Elementary, where we will value hard work, responsibility, and kindness.

Greetings Raptors! I am honored to have the opportunity to serve as the first Assistant Principal of Randle Elementary! I’m excited to be a part of creating a school family and learning environment that welcomes innovation, inclusion, and fun! When parents, teachers, and support staff form an open-door policy for communication, there is no limit to the great things that can be accomplished. As AP, I will commit to the role of instructional leader, focus on parent and community engagement, and work to build strong systems, structures, and traditions to ensure the success of our learners and staff.

Prior to embarking on this exciting adventure, I served as an assistant principal and academic facilitator in LCISD, taught upper level elementary in Houston ISD and special education in Katy ISD. It is an honor and privilege to be a part of the growing Randle Elementary community, and I can’t wait to get started! Let’s Roar Raptors!
