Registration
Parents/Guardians may register online at home or are welcome to come to Seguin to utilize the computers here.
Please bring the following documents for registration:
- Certified Birth Certificate
- Original Social Security card for the child
- Proof of address such as a utility bill, or lease agreement
- Record of shots
