Attendance notes may be sent by email but must come a parent’s verified email account. The email must be sent to the campus attendance clerk.  Please include your student's first name, last name, teacher name, grade and the date(s) which your student was absent.  Please send your email to:

Lunch Times

Pre K & Kindergarten - 10:00-10:30 a.m.

First Grade - 10:30-11:00 a.m.

Second Grade - 11:00-11:30 a.m.

Third Grade - 11:30 - 12:00 noon

Fourth Grade - 12:00-12:30 p.m.

Fifth Grade - 12:30-1:00 p.m.


The district COVID protocol, requires that parents who choose to have lunch with their child, must do so in a designated area.  Adolphus has a small space in the cafe that it is using as a designated parent area.  There is enough space for 6 parents to each with their child during a grade level lunch time.  The front office will have a sign in sheet for parents as they come on campus for lunch.  Once the 6 spots are filled, no more visitors will be able to each lunch that day.  If you bring a special lunch for your child and there is no room at the table, staff will be happy to get the lunch to your child.



 

School Hours & Transportation Changes

The school day begins at 7:30 and ends at 2:55. The building will be open at 7:00 every day. Students are tardy if they arrive after 7:30. 

Early Release Days - school ends at 11:30 a.m.

Transportation changes must be submitted to the front office before 2:20 p.m.  Transportation changes must be submitted by phone call or by a written note.  Email or voicemail are not permitted for making transportation changes.

Permanent Transportation changes must be made in writing.  A Transportation Change Form can be downloaded.  See Campus Forms, adjacent to this information.
