Dress Code

Students are required to wear uniform dress.  Tops must be collared (polo style) solid color tops in red, black, white, gray, or navy blue.  Approved spirit shirts may be purchased throughout the year from PTO and may be worn any day of the week.  Bottoms may be in solid color black, gray, navy blue, or khaki pants, capris, skirts/dresses (Longer than fingertip), skorts, shorts, or blue denim jeans.  NO HOLES.   No athletic bottoms.   Any leggings or tights worn must be a uniform color and must be worn under shorts or skirts.  Sweaters/jackets worn throughout the day must also be a uniform color.  Shoes should fit securely - tennis shoes are needed on PE days.  NO FLIP FLOPS.

Upcoming Events

Collect your Box Tops to help buy Art Supplies.
Start Collecting today.

Collect Box Tops from February 1st thru February 28th.  The class from each grade level that collects the most Box Tops will receive a free dress day on March 26th.  The class that earns the most Box Tops will get a Spirit Stick.

Give your Box Tops to your homeroom teacher.

Parents:  Go to and become a supporter of Adolphus Elementary.  There are ways to earn more Box Tops in the marketplace and to enter our school into a drawing to win more Box Tops. 

Please trim your Box Tops leaving a small border.  If the expiration date is cut off, they are void.  Also, please check the expiration dates.

School Hours

The school day begins at 7:30 and ends at 2:40.  The building will be open at 7:00 every day.  Students are tardy if they arrive after 7:30. Transportation changes must be submitted to the front office before 2:00.  Transportation changes must be submitted either by a phone call or by a written note.  Email is not permitted for making transportation changes.

Lunch Times

Kindergarten - 10:00-10:30 a.m.

First Grade - 10:30-11:00 a.m.

Second Grade - 11:00-11:30 p.m.

Third Grade - 12:10-12:40 p.m.

Fourth Grade - 11:30 a.m. -12:00 noon

Fifth Grade - 12:45-1:15 p.m.
