The Lamar CISD Board of Trustees passed a resolution proclaiming October 11 – 15, 2021 as “School Lunch Week” in Lamar CISD.
School Lunch Week will be celebrated nationally during the week of October 11 – 15, 2021. We encourage the community to recognize the importance of our school lunch program and our Child Nutrition Department during this week.
Child Nutrition staff members are a valuable part of our schools’ educational teams and the assistance of Child Nutrition staff members is vital in the daily activities and operations of a school district. They serve our educational community each day by providing nourishment for students and staff.
