The Lamar CISD Transportation Form is used to request bus services for eligible students and ensure accurate, safe, and efficient transportation planning. The Parent Transportation Form closed on September 1st. After this date, any new submissions or changes to transportation requests need to be completed by the campus.  Contact your child’s campus to make the change.
