Lamar Consolidated Independent School District uses an online facility request and rental system to streamline the reservation process and enhance user experience. To reserve a district site, create an account on Facilitron and submit your request online. Through this system, you can view photos and descriptions of facilities, check real-time availability, get estimated quotes, and make payments conveniently.

The district has partnered with Facilitron to provide custom facility use sites for each school, allowing requests to be submitted at any time. While the process is now digital, it adheres to the district's board policies on facility use, with final decisions made by the district’s administrative staff.

Facilitron assists with setting up organization and user accounts, verifying non-profit status, collecting payments, and obtaining proof of insurance. Payment options include major credit cards, checks, ACH/eCheck, and PayPal. Proof of insurance can be uploaded directly into the system or obtained through Facilitron.
