Summer Programs
For students ages 2 months through grade 12, Lamar CISD has a variety of enrichment opportunities that extend beyond the traditional classroom. From summer reading, STEM focused camps, and our Back to School Block Party, Lamar CISD has a FULL summer of enrichment programs planned!

Elementary Summer Language Camp
During this month-long camp, students will participate in inquiry-based projects. They will research and create art associated with their inquiry projects. Students will have the opportunity to participate in field trips as well.

Eligibility
For LCISD students in 1st to 5th grades at Title 1 campuses and Emergent Bilingual students in grades 1st to 5th at non-title schools. Registration is required and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Bus transportation will be available to and from your nearest elementary school. Breakfast and lunch will be available free of charge.
Space for camp is limited. Registration does not guarantee your child a spot at camp. All families that register will be notified by email on Friday, May 15th if your child has been added to the camp roster.
