Creighton has dedicated his time to Lamar CISD since 2007, shaping the educational landscape through various roles. He began his career as a teacher and coach at Briscoe Junior High, later serving as Assistant Principal at Lamar Consolidated High School. For the past ten years, Creighton has proudly led Lamar Junior High, Wright Junior High, and Roberts Middle School as Principal and most recently taking on the role of Director of Innovative Learning. Education has always been a cornerstone of Creighton's life, a passion he shares with his wife, Christie, a long-time Kindergarten teacher in Lamar CISD. Creighton holds a degree in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University and a Master's in Administration and Supervision from the University of Houston-Victoria. Outside of his professional life, Creighton enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children. They love camping, hiking, and exploring nature together. When not outdoors, you can find them at the ball field or dance studio, making the most of family time. |

Ashli is the Administrative Assistant to both the Director of Innovative Learning and the Director of Talent Development, a role she has held since May 2024. In this position, she provides support to both departments, contributing to the advancement of learning and development throughout the district.
Outside of work, Ashli enjoys reading and spending quality time with their family. |

Sarah Falcon is currently the Library Coordinator for the district. In this role, Mrs. Falcon provides leadership and support to librarians throughout Lamar CISD as instructional leaders on their campus promoting the love of reading and student academic success. Mrs. Falcon has been recognized by the Texas Library Association as a Tall Texan, Librarian Leader, in the field of Library Science in the state of Texas for contributions and leadership within the library profession. Mrs. Falcon earned a Master of Science in Library Science and Information Studies with an Emphasis in Technology from the University of North Texas. |

Paul has been a staff member in LCISD since 1999. The Digital Learning Team leads the blended learning initiative as well as meeting the technical and pedagogical needs throughout the district, providing support for the TA TEKS curriculum. Much of his time is devoted to supporting the many instructional digital programs utilized across the district. When he is not working he enjoys wood-working and pretty much any outdoor activity. His family loves to go camping and hiking. |

Crystal joined LCISD in 2019. She worked for 15 years prior as a teacher and specialist helping teachers learn and grow in content and pedagogy. Blended Learning excites her, providing best practices conducive to all learning styles. She also loves helping our community capitalize on the powers of integrating technology to help our students succeed and master the TA TEKS. Crystal is a proud graduate of LCISD. She enjoys playing soccer in her free time, going to the beach, and spending time with her precious family. |

Dusty has been a dedicated staff member at Lamar CISD since 1998. She calls Texas home, but she is a die-hard Iowa Hawkeyes fan. She has two wonderful teenage children who attend Lamar CISD schools. In her role, she supports the district with Technology Application TEKS, blended learning, and digital programs. Outside of work, she loves going on adventures with her children, creating cherished memories together. |
