Student Accounting Office -
PEIMS, Student Records, Registration & Attendance

The purpose of the Student Accounting Office is to direct and manage the district's computerized student records in an effective and efficient manner to the maximum benefit of the local education program and for all local, state and federal reporting requirements.

We work cooperatively with central administration and campus level personnel to ensure that rules and regulations stated in the Student Attendance Accounting Handbook and the PEIMS (Public Education Information Management System) Data Standards are followed. We conduct training programs and develop procedures to collect student data so that reports may be provided in an accurate and timely manner.
